📌PASSENGER RATES

• Infants under 2 years old: Free of charge, but must sit on parent’s lap and be included in the passenger manifest.

• Toddlers aged 2–5 years old: Charged at 50% of the adult rate. A dedicated seat will be provided.

• Children aged 6 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Note: Age is calculated based on the date of the trip. Please bring valid ID for age verification if requested.

📌BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT POLICY

• To secure your booking, a down payment of 50% of the total charter fee is required.

• An official invoice and booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or Email once the down payment is received.

• Final payment must be completed no later than 7 days prior to departure.

• If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the boat and cancel the booking. In this case, the down payment is non-refundable.

📌RESCHEDULE POLICY

• You may reschedule your trip free of charge if the request is made at least 30 days before the original departure date, subject to boat availability.

• Reschedule requests made less than 30 days before the trip will result in the forfeiture of the down payment. The remaining balance can be used for the new date.

• Rescheduling is only permitted once. Further changes will be treated as a cancellation.

📌CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Cancellation by Guest

• All payments are non-refundable if the cancellation comes from the guest.

• However, your booking can be transferred to another person at no extra cost. Just inform us of the new guest’s details at least 24 hours before departure.

B. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

• If the trip is cancelled or prohibited by the Harbormaster, government authority, or due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, you may choose:

  1. Reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost, or

  2. Receive a 100% full refund of all payments made.

C. Cancellation by Operator

• If we must cancel due to unavoidable technical issues or safety concerns, we will provide a replacement vessel of the same class and price range.

• If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a 100% full refund.
