The boat departs on schedule. Late arrivals may miss the tour without refund.

The itinerary and order of destinations may be adjusted due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tides, harbor operations, or instructions from the captain and local authorities. The safety of all guests is always our highest priority.
Sunset is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
Weather conditions such as clouds, rain, haze, or strong winds may affect visibility, and this shall not be considered grounds for a refund.
All guests must follow the regulations of Komodo National Park and the instructions of the ranger, guide, and boat crew.
Guests must respect wildlife and are prohibited from feeding or disturbing animals.
Entrance fees to Komodo National Park are subject to government regulations and may change without prior notice.
The captain has the authority to modify the route or cancel the tour if weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
Swimming and snorkeling are only permitted in designated areas and under the guide's supervision.
Guests should inform us before departure of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special requirements.
The tour may not be suitable for individuals with serious medical conditions or limited mobility.
More than 7 days before departure: 90% refund.
3β7 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before departure, no-show, or late arrival: No refund.
If the tour is cancelled due to extreme weather, government restrictions, harbor closure, or other force majeure events, guests may choose to:
Reschedule to another available date, or
Receive a refund for the tour price, excluding any third-party costs already incurred where applicable.
The operator shall not be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government regulations, harbor closure, strong currents, or other unforeseen events affecting the safety of the tour.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
Guests are expected to help protect Komodo National Park by:
Not littering.
Avoiding contact with coral reefs and marine life.
Respecting wildlife and natural habitats.
Using environmentally friendly practices whenever possible.
Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify the guide before departure.
