Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

Guests must be ready at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure.
The boat departs on schedule. Guests arriving late may miss the trip without refund.
The standard itinerary includes six destinations:

The order of destinations may change depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, park regulations, tides, or the captain's decision.
For safety reasons, one or more destinations may be skipped or replaced without prior notice if conditions make a visit unsafe or impossible.
All guests must follow the regulations of Komodo National Park and the instructions of the ranger, guide, and boat crew.
Guests are prohibited from feeding, disturbing, or approaching wildlife beyond the permitted distance.
Entrance fees to Komodo National Park are subject to government regulations and may change without prior notice.
The captain has full authority to modify or cancel the trip if weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe.
Guests participate in all activities at their own reasonable risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions.
Swimming and snorkeling should only be done in designated areas and according to the guide's instructions.
Guests should inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special requirements.
The tour is not recommended for guests with serious medical conditions that could be affected by boat travel or hiking.
More than 7 days before departure: 90% refund.
3β7 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before departure, no-show, or late arrival: No refund.
If the trip is cancelled due to extreme weather, government restrictions, port closure, or other force majeure events, guests may choose to:
Reschedule to another available date, or
Receive a refund for the tour price, excluding any third-party costs already incurred where applicable.
The operator shall not be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, strong currents, natural disasters, government regulations, harbor closure, mechanical issues necessary for passenger safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The operator is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
Please help preserve Komodo National Park by avoiding littering, damaging coral reefs, or disturbing marine life.
Guests are encouraged to use reef-safe sunscreen and reduce single-use plastic whenever possible.
During the tour, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the guide before departure.
