My Story

Cebo Lako Tour started years ago in Bali — "Cebo Lako" was the name of my very first steps into the world of travel. When I moved to Flores, I continued this journey under the name Flores Whole Island Tours, guiding travelers through the wonders of Komodo National Park and the wider Flores region.

Then came a season no one could have prepared for. When the pandemic hit, tourist destinations around the world came to a standstill — including mine. With no income to even renew a website, survival became my only priority. For a while, the name Flores Whole Island Tours quietly disappeared, and I took on other work just to get through those uncertain years.

But my love for sharing the beauty of Flores never faded. This year, I'm proud to return — not with a new identity, but with the name that started it all: Cebo Lako Tour. You may still notice "Flores Whole Island Tours" in my email address or on some older reviews, including Tripadvisor — that's simply a piece of my journey that I carry with me.

And this time, I'm not doing it alone. A few close friends who share the same love for Flores and the same passion for genuine hospitality have joined me on this journey — not as employees, but as people I trust, side by side, welcoming every traveler like family. This is the beginning of a new chapter. As Cebo Lako Tour grows, we plan to welcome more local friends into the team to enrich your experience even further
