✳ RATES

• Infants (under 2 years old) are free of charge.

• Toddlers (2-5 years old) are required to pay half of the price.

• Kids aged over 5 years old are subject to the normal rate (full price).

✳ BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENTS

• Minimum Down Payment  50% of the total purchase.

• The Invoice will be sent via What'sApp or email once the down payment is paid.

• Final payment must be settled maximum 7 days before the trip. If the final payment is not paid on the due date,
  then we have the rights to declare booking as cancelled.

✳ RESCHEDULE

• Reschedule is only applicable maximum 30 days before the trip.

• Reschedule made less than 30 days before the trip will forfeit the down payment.

✳ CANCELLATION

• Cancellations by the guest mean no refund, but can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).

• Cancellations or prohibition made by the harbormaster or government due to weather conditions, force majeure, natural disasters,
  terrorism, political instability, or other external events, means the guest could reschedule the trip or receive a full refund

• Cancellations made by the boat operator for other reasons that are unavoidable (such as a sudden technical issue),
  means the boat operator responsible for arranging a replacement vessel as an alternative solution with the same price or class range.
  If we fail to provide the replacement, the guest shall receive a full refund.
