From Ende: 1.5 hours west
Road: Mostly paved but last section may be dirt - motorbike recommended

Dry season May-Oct, morning for calm water, sunset for dramatic Indian Ocean sunset
Tips: Perfect for travelers doing Trans-Flores who want see south coast not just north. Combine with Blue Stone Beach (further east) and Kawa Village + Ebulobo trek (north). Not good for swimming if big waves (south coast swell), but great for beach walk, photography, bat cave exploration. Bring flashlight for cave!
