From Ruteng: βΌ3-4 hours drive to Kota Komba (East Manggarai)
From Borong (capital of East Manggarai): βΌ30-45 minutes to Mausui Village
Nearest stay: Leko Lembo Guesthouse 3.4km from Savana Mausui, Waelengga area
Access by motorbike/car + short walk. Road is partly bumpy but worth it.
Tips: Visit in dry season (May-Oct) for golden savanna color. Bring hat & sunscreen - no trees! Best in late afternoon for sunset + buffalo returning home.
